Theodoros Kakoullis studierte
an der Norwich School of Art and Design in Grossbritannien.
Er arbeitet als Graphic Design Tutor fuer das Ministerium für Erziehung und Kultur in Zypern
und hat seit 1998 sechs Briefmarkenausgaben fuer die Post in Zypern entworfen.
Die Verleihung der Yehudi Menuhin Trophy und der Urkunden erfolgte am 9. Oktober 2012 im PASYDY Amphitheater in Nicosia / Zypern im Rahmen einer Feierstunde zum UPU-Tag, veranstaltet vom "Cyprus Postal Service". Das linke Photo zeigt den Designer Theodoros Kakoullis mit der "Yehudi Menuhin Trophy 2012" und der Urkunde zusammen mit Andreas Gregoriou, dem Direktor der zypriotischen Post (links) und unserem Mitglied Chris Achilleoudis (Mitte), der den Preis im Namen der Motivgruppe Musik ueberreichte.
The PMC Yehudi Menuhin Trophy goes to the
designer Theodoros Kakoullis of Nicosia, who studied
at the Norwich School of Art and Design in England.
At present he is a Graphic Design Tutor for the Cypriot
Ministry of Education and Culture and has since
1998 designed six stamp issues for the Cyprus Post Office.
The Trophy and the Certificates were delivered on Tuesday 9 October 2012 in the PASYDY Amphitheatre, in Nicosia, Cyprus, during the Special UPU Day Celebrations organized by the Cyprus Postal Services. On the left photo the Cypriot designer Theodoros Kakoullis is shown with the "PMC Yehudi Menuhin Trophy 2012" and the Special Certificate together with the Director of Cyprus Postal Services Andreas Gregoriou (left) and our member Chris Achilleoudis (middle), who delivered the Trophy and the Certificates on behalf of "Motivgruppe Musik".
