Cecilia Mattsson (Jahrgang 1970) hat sich schon immer für Text und Form interessiert.
Sie erhielt ihre Ausbildung in Grafik-Design und Werbung an der Bergh School of Communication in
Stockholm sowie an der Handelsschule in Tammisaari und schloss ihr Studium mit einem Diplom in
Gestaltung an der Handelshochschule in Vaasa ab. Darüber belegte sie Kunstkurse an der
Volkshochschule in Karjaa. Cecilia arbeitete zunächst in Werbeagentur, einer Druckerei und in einem
Fotogeschäft. Seit 2003 ist sie bei Posten Åland tätig. Heute ist sie als Art Director unter
anderem für die Gestaltung der åländischen Briefmarken verantwortlich.
Cecilia Mattsson (born in 1970) has always been interested in text and form.
She received her education in graphic design and advertising at Bergh's School of Communication in
Stockholm and the Commercial School in Tammisaari, and completed her studies with a diploma in
decoration from the Commercial College in Vaasa. In addition, she has attended art courses at the
Folk High School in Karjaa. Cecilia has previously worked for an advertising agency, a printing house
and in a photo shop. In 2003 she started working at the Åland Post. She now works as Art Director
and one of her responsibilities is the design of Åland stamps.
